What owners ask us
Is it a real app?
It opens from your link or QR and installs on the customer’s home screen like an app, with your shop’s name and an icon with your initials in your colour. Nothing to download from the Play Store. To be clear: your shop doesn’t get its own Play Store listing.
Will my customers see other laundries?
No. Your app and your link show only your shop. We never suggest other laundries to the customers who come to you, not even after a bad rating: then the app only helps them tell you what went wrong.
Do you take a commission on orders?
No. You pay only your plan’s fixed monthly fee, and the Starter plan is free. The full amount of every order is yours.
Who gets the customer’s money?
You do, straight away: in cash, or to your own UPI ID. The app shows a UPI QR with the exact amount and the bill number, so you know which payment is for which order. We never hold or touch the money.
Do I need a new number or a new WhatsApp?
No. Your current WhatsApp number stays. The app writes the messages, and you or your staff send them from your own WhatsApp with one tap. Nothing is sent by a bot.
Do I need a computer?
No. Everything works on a phone. If you have a tablet or a computer at the counter, it works there too. There is nothing to download from the Play Store: the app opens from a link, and you can keep it on your home screen.
My staff can’t read English. Will they manage?
Yes. The shop app, the rider app and the customer app all work fully in Hindi. Each person picks their own language, and customers get messages in their own language.
What if I want to stop?
Stop in any month. There is no lock-in and no fee for leaving. Download your customers and orders first: that data is yours.
Will your price go up later?
With the launch offer, the Dukaan price is locked for 24 months, and the end date is written in your offer. On every plan you can change your plan or stop in any month, so you are never stuck with a price.
Can I change my own rates?
Yes, any time in Settings. Orders that are already booked keep the price they were booked at, so there are no arguments.
Who pays for pickup and delivery?
Your own riders do the trips, and you set the minimum order and the pickup fee in the app, so small orders don’t eat your profit.
Do I need riders?
No. You can take orders only at the counter, or do the pickups yourself. Add riders whenever you want.
Who helps me if I get stuck?
A real person on WhatsApp, in Hindi or English. No bots. On Pro, help comes the same day.
Can new customers nearby also find me?
Yes, if you want. We also keep a list of laundries for people nearby who don’t know a shop yet. You switch it on or off in Settings, and your own app and link work either way. Nobody can pay to rank higher there, and every plan ranks the same. People who found you in that list may be shown other laundries after a 1 or 2 star rating; your own customers never are.
