The rules for using Jagmag, in plain words.
Who does what
Jagmag provides the app. Each laundry runs its own business: its service, prices and bills.
When you order, your agreement for the service is with that laundry. Its legal name, address and GSTIN (if registered) are on its page, under Laundry details.
Prices and weighing
Each laundry sets its own prices. Most charge per kg: your bags are weighed at pickup, in front of you, and the bill is final after weighing. Below the minimum weight, you pay for the minimum. Some laundries charge per piece.
Paying
Pay the laundry directly by UPI or cash, after weighing. Refunds come from the laundry’s UPI. Jagmag never handles your money.
If something goes wrong
Your laundryThe laundry is responsible for its service. Its page says, in its own words, what it does if something goes wrong, for example a free re-wash. A refund or credit comes from the laundry, because your money went to the laundry.
What Jagmag doesWe keep the pickup record of every order: items, bags, photos and weight. We run the 24-hour clock on every report. And we remove laundries from the app that keep falling below our standards for complaints, ratings or on-time delivery.
The 24-hour clockReport a problem from the order in the app within 24 hours of delivery; your pickup record goes with it. The laundry replies within 24 hours; if it doesn’t, Jagmag follows up with the laundry.
A missing itemChoose “Missing item”: the laundry searches all its open orders for it, using the item count and photos from pickup.

Your part
Empty your pockets. Point out delicate or stained clothes at pickup. Share your delivery code only when you have all your bags.
Your account
One account per phone number, confirmed by WhatsApp. Don’t misuse the app or post false reviews. You can delete your account any time.
Changes and law
If these terms change, we tell you in the app at least 30 days before. Indian law applies. Complaints go to our grievance officer.Grievance officer
