Who we are
Jagmag makes this app and connects you with laundries near you. Each laundry runs its own business: its service, prices and bills.
We look after your account data. Each laundry also looks after the orders and bills you have with it.

BackupsEncrypted, and kept at most 21 days.
Who sees it
The laundries you order fromTheir staff and riders see your name, phone number, address, gate note, preferences and the order. Only for your orders.
Jagmag supportOnly to help you or to handle a complaint.
Our hosting providersOur servers are in India. Encrypted backups are kept with a cloud storage provider. They store data for us and can’t use it.
Nobody elseWe never sell your data, and the app has no ads.
Payments
You pay each laundry directly by UPI or cash. Jagmag never receives your money and never sees your UPI PIN or bank details. We only note that an order was paid, and how.
Laundry owners: our page and live demo
Clicks, counted without your nameOn our page for laundry owners and in the live demo we count which features are clicked and opened, to improve the app. For this we keep a random number in a cookie of our own site, the kind of device (phone, tablet or computer, and its system) and the link you came from. We never store your IP address, never use other companies’ tracking scripts, and build no profile of you. These counts are deleted after 12 months.
The visit formIf you send it, we keep your name, shop name, area, phone number and note, to call or WhatsApp you and plan a visit. From then on, the clicks from that browser are linked to your request, so we know what interests you.
A personal link from our teamIf someone from our team sent you a personal link, what you open with it is linked to your name, so we can answer your questions.
How long, and deleting itIf you don’t become a customer, your details are deleted after 12 months without contact. Ask us any time and we delete them sooner.Grievance officer
Your rights
Withdraw consentSwitch off offers and reminders any time, as easily as you switched them on.
Name someone to act for youIf you die or can’t act yourself, a person you name can use these rights. Write to the grievance officer.
